Hello and welcome, I'm Serana an artist from Michigan that mostly draws furry with some Hollow Knight here and there with a focus on original characters! Will Draw!

  • Any species of animal, including but not limited to insects, arachnids, avians, and primates! I’ll try and draw any animal from the common wolf to the most obscure animals like the spider or salmon.

  • I’ll draw ferals if asked ahead of time. I can really only do some mammals like felines, canids, mustelids and rodents but I'm willing to try others if asked first!

  • I will draw feminine human/noid characters or human/noid characters with softer features if asked ahead of time(my commission posts usually specify if Im taking on human/noids or just animals)

  • Fan original characters, including but not limited to Spidersonas, Gemsonas, Pokesonas, HollowKnightsonas etc if human/noid I can only draw feminine characters or characters with softer features.

  • Plus sized characters! And I mean plus sized! They'll have a gut and everything if that is what's on your reference!

  • Cosplay, I will draw your character in cosplay as long as I have proper references.

  • I will draw simple nature backgrounds/scenes if asked ahead of time. They will be subjected to a price increase however.

  • Im more than happy to draw holiday art outside of the holiday, especially Halloween and fall art. I also do pride art year round, not just in June.

Will not Draw!

  • NSFW period

  • Hate speech including but not limited to, anti-lgbt+ setiments(including the straight pride flag), “All Lives Matter”, “Blue Lives Matter”, racist statements or jokes, etc.

  • Cultural appropriation themes, including but not limited to, “tribal” fursonas unless you are actually native, this also include themes like Sugar Skulls from Day of the Dead unless you yourself are Mexican. No drawing a vampire is not cultural appropriation, I'll still draw European monsters.

  • Relationships consisting of pedophilia(adult/minor), incest(siblings,parent/child, anytype of family connection doesnt matter if by blood or adoption its all incest), beastiality(human/feral animal or anthro animal/feral animal)

  • I will not draw any fetish themes including but not limited to vore, hyper, inflation, bondage, scat, watersports, etc.

  • Cub/child characters.

  • Copyrighted characters, only cosplay and things like pokemon as they are usually stylized enough to avoid copyright issues.

  • Complex backgrounds like cityscapes or inside a manmade building

  • Mecha, complex machinery or armor. Just cost more money than I'm paid usually and takes twice as long to draw.

Terms of Service

Schedule

  • I do not work on weekends(Saturday and Sunday) unless stated otherwise, this means I will also not respond to your messages until the following Monday unless stated otherwise.

  • I work between 5PM and 10PM, I may work and respond to messages before or after depending on my schedule, but don't expect me to be working and answer your messages anytime before or after the stated time even if you see me posting on Twitter.

Payment

  • I require full payment up front. Commission is not started until I have the full amount.

  • I take payment with PayPal only, no e-checks, and USD only.

  • If you do not pay within 24 hours of me sending you my PayPal.me or invoice you forfeit your slot and will be given to someone else.

General

  • I do not work with deadlines, commission will be finished within two(2) months after it's been paid.

  • I do not take rush orders, if you want your art done by a certain date you should order 2 months ahead of time.

  • During the sketch stage you can make as many changes as you like, including changing up the whole thing if you don't like your original choice, thought of something different, or want a different character! After the sketch stage you can ask for minor changes like if I forgot something, color shifts, etc.

  • If you ask for too many or drastic changes(like more than 10 changes after the sketch stage or altering something during the painting stage)you’ll be subjected to paying an edit fee of up to $10 depending on complexity.

  • If your reference is shaded I am not to be held responsible for any error in your characters design. It is on you if your character comes out wrong after the peice is completed

  • I do not take AI references

  • I will not work in styles other than my own or what is listed in the commission form if I do at all.

  • I WILL alter character design/colors slightly to fit my style. This is mostly with white, greys, and black. I typically do not use straight white or black and will give them colored understones depending on the setting and the rest of the characters design. This also includes very saturated colors and neons, they will be toned down to fit my style and scene. Your characters coiors will NOT be hex code accurate.

  • My work is to never be used in blockchain-related technology

Once the work is done!

Once your art is done, you may use it however you like as an icon, phone background, upload it to ToyHou.se, etc.

You however may NOT!

Claim as your own
Edit it in anyway
Remove my signature
Use for profit including but not limited to making merchandise, selling off image rights.
IF REPOSTING ONLINE(PLEASE READ)
- I provide you with both a watermarked(sometimes smaller) JPEG file and a clean PNG file. If you plan on reposting it to sites like Twitter, FurAffinity, Tumblr etc it is HIGHLY recommended to post the watermarked JPEG to prevent theft of MY ART AND YOUR CHARACTER!

Refunds

- If you no longer wish to work with me you may cancel and request a refund at any time unless I'm at the very last stage of your piece(The Painting stage). Your refund amount depends on how much I’ve gotten done, if work has been done on your commission at all you'll also receive what I have done up to that point in time and I will no longer put anymore work into your piece. You also have my permission to finish it yourself, or have someone else finish it as I will not be finishing it after its handed to you.
You may NOT put the art through an AI program such as but not limited to MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.Sketch and Line art stage = 100% money back
Coloring stage = 50% money back
Painting stage = No refundsIf I myself have decided to cancel your commission while in the painting stage however you will receive 50% of your money back.

Once your commission is paid you are in full agreement with this TOS and will abide by it when working with me. If you violate my TOS in anyway you will be blacklisted from ever buying art from me.

Adoptable Terms of Service

  • Payment is through PayPal or ko-fi

  • Payment must be sent within 24 hours of me sending you an invoice. Failure to do so will have the character put back up for sale.

  • Once the design has been paid for I will Direct Message you on Twitter or e-mail you the unwatermarked PNG file or transfer the design to you on ToyHou.se if the design is uploaded to ToyHou.se.

  • You can do pretty much whatever you want with the design once it's officially in your hands, change species, change up the design, make a story, make a costume, etc.

  • You can even sell merch consisting of the design, make a premade fursuit etc.

  • All I request is I’m given credit for the design(or original design), of course you don't have to credit me every time you post art consisting of the design but if say you sell merchandise of it or make a premade fursuit Id like to be credited with the design on the main buyer page or on the reference sheet.

  • You can gift, trade, and sell the character however you want. All I request is that the character is NOT sold for more than you paid unless it comes with extras like art or a fursuit for example. However you cannot sell a traded design and you cannot sell or trade a gifted design.

You however can not…

  • Alter the original art, drawing clothes over it is okay though.

  • Make duplicates to sell. Like selling the design off to someone but still using the design for yourself, or altering the design in a way it's still recognizable and selling it or the original off while keeping and using one of them, or even selling both off as separate characters.

  • If you sell the character you sell all the designs of that character unless they are so heavily altered it's no longer recognizable as the original adoptable. It's the only circumstance that allows you to sell both designs as completely separate characters.
